Amid the developing COVID-19 coronavirus situation, we wanted to take the time to reassure all our very valued customers of the actions we are taking to ensure we support our customers during these testing times. We ask that everyone remains vigilant and takes extra care in the coming days, weeks and months ahead.

We have been planning for some time for how we will operate our customer services support without disruption and made sure our business practices are aligned with government recommendations to help to control the spread of Covid-19.  For the time being, our customer service support remains open for your enquiries and we have everything in place to ensure our team can work to support you. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will communicate if any unforeseen circumstances arise which may cause some disruption to normal business.

Our Customer Service opening times are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 2.30pm (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Spare parts are available from us in our spare part section. If the part you require is not listed, please contact our Customer Services team.

For charity requests, please ensure you provide a contact name and address along with a registered charity number.
