Smoothie tips for a smoother Smoothie

  • Chop the fruit into small chunks to put in the Smoothie Maker.
  • If the drink is too sweet – add a dash of lemon or lime.
  • If too bitter – add honey or sugar.
  • If too thick – add lemonade or juice.
  • If too thin – thicken with fruit.
  • Have a go with your own combinations of fruit!

Very Berry Sensation

What you will need

70ml Cranberry Juice
20 Chilled Raspberries
6 Strawberries
4 Teaspoons of Sherbet Powder
120ml (1 small carton) Vanilla Yoghurt

    Instructions
  • Chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge till chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add vanilla yoghurt, cranberry juice &
  • sherbet powder.
  • Blend till smooth and pour into glasses.
  • Sprinkle with extra strawberries.

Raspberry Rebel

What you will need:

10 Fresh Raspberries
8 Fresh Strawberries
60ml Fresh, Full Fat Milk
4 Dessert Spoons of
Vanilla Ice Cream
120ml (1 small carton)
Raspberry Yoghurt
Teaspoon of Honey (Optional)

    Instructions:
  • Chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh raspberry yoghurt,
  • Ice cream & milk.
  • Add honey to taste (optional).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Decorate with raspberries.

Let's Go Mango

What you will need:

1 Chopped Ripe, Chilled Mango
1 Peeled, Chilled Ripe Banana
60ml Fresh, Full Fat Milk
4 Dessert Spoons of Vanilla Ice Cream
Teaspoon of Honey

    Instructions
  • Peel & chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh milk & ice cream.
  • Add honey to taste.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Decorate with slices of banana.

Jungle Berry Juice

What you will need:

1 Peeled, Chilled Ripe Banana
6 Chilled Strawberries or Blueberries
20 Chilled Raspberries
20 De-stoned Cherries
120ml (1 small carton)
Strawberry Yoghurt
70ml Fresh, full fat milk

    Instructions
  • Peel and chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh, full fat milk & yoghurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and decorate with strawberries and cherries.

Pharaoh's Pineapple Pyramids

What you will need:

Approx. 4 Pineapple Rings (Tinned)
60ml Pineapple Juice (or Pineapple Syrup from the tin can be used)
6 Teaspoons of Sherbet Powder
120ml (1 small carton) Plain Yoghurt
1 Chilled, Peeled Ripe Banana
4 Chilled, Frozen Strawberries

    Instructions
  • Peel and chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh plain yoghurt, pineapple juice & sherbet powder.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Sprinkle with extra pineapple chunks.

Cheeky Chocolate Chaser

What you will need:

120ml Fresh, Full Fat Milk
60ml Fresh Cream
4 Dessert Spoons of Chocolate Ice Cream
2 Dessert Spoons of Vanilla Ice Cream
A Few Strawberries
Chocolate (Grated) Flake

    Instructions
  • Place fresh, full fat milk, ice cream & cream into the Smoothie Maker.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add more milk if too thick.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate.
  • Add on strawberries and Chocolate Flakes to decorate.

Cool Caribbean Cruiser

What you will need:

6 Chilled Strawberries
1 Peeled, Chilled, Ripe Banana
120ml (1 small carton) of Fresh Plain Yoghurt
60ml Fresh, full fat milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
1 Teaspoon of Honey (Optional)

    Instructions
  • Peel and slice fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh full fat milk, yoghurt & vanilla essence.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add honey to taste (optional).
  • Pour into glasses and decorate with strawberries

Peach Beach Summer Special

What you will need:

1 Fresh, Ripe Peach
120ml (1 small carton) Peach Yoghurt (or plain if preferred)
60ml Fresh, Full Fat Milk
2 Teaspoons of Honey
Nutmeg (Optional)

    Instructions
  • Peel and slice peach into small pieces.
  • Place peach segments in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh, full fat milk , honey & yoghurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add honey and nutmeg to taste (optional).
  • Pour into glasses and decorate with peach pieces.

Slushie Recipes

Hawaiian Sublime

What you will need:

30ml Fresh Orange Juice
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Sorbet
5 Chilled Strawberries
1 Peeled Banana
1 Chilled Kiwi
Splash of Lime or Teaspoon of Honey (Optional)

    Instructions
  • Peel and chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add fresh orange juice and lemon sorbet and blend until smooth.
  • Add a splash of lime or honey to taste (optional).
  • Pour into glasses and decorate with kiwi fruit slices.

Melon Meltdown

What you will need:

5 Chilled Strawberries
1 Peeled, Chilled Ripe Banana
3 Slices Chilled Ripe Melon
1 Teaspoon of Honey
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Sorbet
Splash of Lime (Optional)

    Instructions
  • Peel and chop fruit into small pieces.
  • Cool the fruit in the fridge until chilled.
  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add lemon sorbet and honey.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add a splash of lime to taste (optional).

What you will need:

120ml Orange Juice
1 Fresh, Chilled Orange
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Sorbet
120ml Lemonade
1 Teaspoon of Sugar (Optional)
Lemon & Orange Slices

    Instructions

  • Place fruit in Smoothie Maker.
  • Add lemon sorbet, lemonade & orange juice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add sugar to taste (optional).
